Legenda o Crnim Valovima - (eng.) The Legend of the Black Waves This picture book was an assignment for Illustration class in college. We had full creative freedom for the story. The only condition was the technique, which was aquarelle. * * * The story is about a state in life when we get too comfortable. We live in our happy place, an illusion in which we tell us that everything is okay, but we just waste days mindlessly doing nothing. When that state gets broken we fall into the abyss. We are down, nothing matters. Everything is over. But the state of not knowing, shifting and changing actually brings us much more than we might expect from our original happy place. The only thing you need to do is give this new state a chance. Live it, learn form it, grow from it.
